Our experienced, genteel, and well-groomed ponies will make everyone smile and leave them with memories to last a lifetime. We have a large selection of ponies in various sizes and shapes. We have a successful horse operation and take great care of our ponies.

If your guests live in an urban area and don’t normally get the chance to ride a horse or pony, you’ll be providing them with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and believe us, they’ll appreciate it. Our handlers will bring various riding hats in various sizes so that no one misses out on a ride due to a lack of safety equipment. Consider renting our Poni rides if you want to give your guests more animal contact at your event. Pony rides and a petting zoo are an excellent addition to any outdoor event.

FAQS

How does the pricing system work?

The majority of the prices quoted are for a one-day event. If you need to rent items for longer, please contact our office for long-term rates. All charges are for time out, whether or not it is used.

When and how do I pay?

Payment is required before the release of items to a customer. On the initial order, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required, with the balance due upon order release or, in the case of deliveries, two days before delivery.

How far in advance should I make my reservations?

Planning ahead of time ensures product availability. To confirm a reservation, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The reservation fee ensures that the items requested will be available on the requested date. Cancellations will result in losing your deposit because we will turn other people away to accommodate your reservation. Before making reservations, please be certain of your plans.

What if my order changes?

On availability, additions are welcome. Small deletions before delivery (except tents) are possible. Major deletions may result in the loss of the deposit.

What happens if something breaks, is damaged, or goes missing?

We charge for missing, broken, damaged, or weather-damaged items. When not in use, ensure that the equipment is secured and weatherproofed. We provide a Damage Waiver to protect you from any unanticipated damage that may occur during your rental.

What if I need a special service or item?

Please contact a customer service representative if you require any special services or rental items that are not listed in the price list. We are constantly adding new rental items to our inventory, so we may have what you need.

What is my responsibility when I rent items?

The customer is responsible for renting items from when they are delivered until they are returned. Damages and shortages are subject to additional charges.

Can I change or add items to my order?

We request that you complete your order at least two business days before the scheduled delivery or customer pickup date. This time frame allows your order to be built, packed, and checked properly, ensuring that it is complete and ready for your event on time. Even with our extensive rental inventory, last-minute changes to an order cannot be guaranteed due to prior reservations from other clients. Please reserve your items as far in advance as possible to ensure their availability.

When do you deliver, and when do you pick it up?

We typically deliver one business day before your event and pick it up the following day. Your order confirmation includes the delivery and pick-up dates.

Is it necessary for me to be present to receive a delivery?

You don’t need to be present on delivery, but it is beneficial if someone is present on delivery to check the items received and notify our office of any discrepancies.
